I’m giving the product 3 stars as it didn’t work for me. I’m still trying to discover if it is histamine overload I’m struggling with.

Helps me eat food without coming out in hives. Still careful what I eat but I can eat a wider range of foods, sometimes take 2 tablets if I know it’s like it to affect me.
