OUR DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For the first 10 days, take 1 ampoule marked "ORGANIC BLACK RADISH, ARTICHOKE, MILK THISTLE, ROSEMARY" daily in half a glass of water. Shake before use, as a deposit may form at the bottom of the ampoule. For the next 10 days, take 1 ampoule marked "ORGANIC DANDELION, ELDERBERRY, BIRCH, ARTICHOKE" daily in half a glass of water. For the last 10 days, take 1 ampoule marked "ORGANIC BURDOCK, DANDELION, WILD PANSY, CARROT" daily in half a glass of water.
