Properties:

Lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids and triglycerides obtained by washing vegetable oils with water.

The most common phospholipids in this mixture are phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, although the phospholipids inositol, serine, and phosphatidic acid are also important. Phospholipids are the basic cell block, since cell membranes are made of it.

Lecithin is best known for its ability to form transport lipoproteins, protecting the body from atherosclerosis.

How to use Granulated: Take 1-3 tablespoons once or twice a day, alone or added to food.

Excelente como tratamiento para bajar el colesterol y, posteriormente, para mantener los niveles.
Al tratarse de perlas grandes (como 2 del otro formato más pequeño) puede resultar molesto a la hora de tragar, aunque, en mi opinión, prefiero tomar menos cantidad en mayor concentración.
