Resource® Thickener is specially designed to prevent dehydration in patients with fluid dysphagia. It allows to obtain smooth and homogeneous textures with any liquid or purée.
Resource® Thickener improves the efficacy and safety of swallowing in patients with dysphagia:
- It has been shown to improve the ability to form the food bolus, favoring effective swallowing. - Has been shown to significantly reduce Indications
- Difficulty to swallow
- Elderly with neurodegenerative and/or cerebrovascular disease
- Patients after surgical or radiotherapy work due to oropharyngeal, laryngeal or maxillofacial area tumors
- Patients with a history of aspiration or recurrent pneumonia
Preparation:
