RM-50 PROTEIN provides several types of proteins, the protein matrix of HYDROLEAN PROTEIN, the main one being a hydrolyzed whey protein, whey concentrate and a mixture of whey isolate with micellar casein. The combination of fast-release and sustained-release proteins contribute to good muscle anabolism and recovery. With double creatine to help improve ATP levels, led by Kreagenic which is alkaline and does not break down or convert to creatinine. The 5000mg of L-Glutamine added, high levels of BCAA and HMB as two very effective anti-catabolic and muscle recovery. It also contains Alpha-Lipoic Acid to help improve the capacity of insulin receptors, L-Taurine to help improve the absorption and use of proteins.

RM-50 PROTEIN contains maltodextrin, which, being a slow-release carbohydrate, provides energy but does not easily accumulate in fat.
