Amino acids are used by the body to build proteins. Proteins are essential for the formation of cells, being also linked to the biochemical structure of hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and antibodies. Amino acids are classified as essential or non-essential. Essential amino acids cannot be synthesized in the body and must be obtained through the diet, while non-essential amino acids, although extremely important for health, can be synthesized in the body and are therefore not classified as "essential" . Lamberts® amino acids are in “free form”, that is, they are ready to be absorbed and used by the body (they do not need to be digested). Lysine is an essential amino acid, and therefore is one of the eight amino acids that our body cannot manufacture, so we are totally dependent on acquiring it through our diet to provide enough lysine. It is used by the body in many ways, in particular for the formation of collagen, the most abundant protein in the body. How to use: Take 1 tablet a day with water or fruit juice. Amino acids are best taken half an hour before any meal or just before going to bed.
