This particular honey comes from simultaneous flowering in wild areas of the Iberian Peninsula. Its color varies from light amber to dark amber, when it’s liquid. As it crystallizes it becomes darker. Its flavor and aroma is intense, with an air of scrubland. It has a reputation for being a good digestive, antiseptic, blood regenerative and healing.
