It helps on the extra dry days, however there are better options from the same range. I would say this is my second best.

Just tried this for the first time and I'm INLOVE! such a shame that it only has small bottles... It's by far my favorite, I instantly feel my hair smooth and even my ends are not as dry!! miracle!!
