A walk along the most beautiful avenue in the world at dusk. Two glances that meet, a laugh and the desire to escape suddenly for a few hours. This frenetic life open to improvisation is illuminated by the wake of the Champs-Elysées. This creation, which pays tribute to Guerlain's legendary direction, represents the splendor of a city in constant movement in which all kinds of encounters take place, and the desire of a free woman to turn her life into a game. The yellow tone of the mimosa shines brighter than ever under the transparency of a rose. Champs-Élysées , softened by almond wood, is a dancing light, a smiling caress on the skin.
Blackcurrant berries combine perfectly with almond wood, while transparent rose softens the display of mimosa. In the heart, the palpitation of mimosa flowers is perceived. The base notes mix the sensual accents of hibiscus seed with the softness of almond wood.
Designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, its legendary "inverted heart" bottle is enhanced with elegant scrolls inspired by art nouveau. Its avant-garde cap in the shape of a hollowed heart evokes the delicate romanticism of this monument to perfumery, a true technical feat.
Guerlain is a French perfume house, among the oldest in the world. It has a large customer following, and has traditionally been held in high esteem in the perfume industry. Perfumes by Guerlain are often said to be characterized by a common olfactory accord known as the "Guerlinade". A perfume by the same name was launched by Guerlain in 1921.
