The inspiration

During a vacation trip to the south of France, Evelyn Lauder was intrigued by a floral scent wafting through the garden below her balcony.

He searched for the source and found it to be the pittosporum flower, which he immediately knew could be the floral center of a wonderful fragrance. So beautifully orchestrated is the warm and deep scent of Knowing that you can almost touch it and feel it.
